Emotional Regulation:
Emotional Social Parenting teaches our children to understand and regulate their emotions through our connection with them. When parents teach their children how to constructively identify, understand, and regulate their feelings/emotions, they lay the foundation for healthy communication within the developing brain, heart, and body. Emotional Social Parenting teaches our children to be strong from the inside out, setting them up for a life of successful relationships with meaning, connection, and happiness.
Self-Governance:
Self-Governance teaches our children to know themselves. It teaches them to see and accept their mistakes and limitations as a way to achieve their goals. Then use that knowledge to assess their strengths to respond to any situation in a resilient and confident manner.
Self-Awareness:
ESP gives our children the ability to accurately recognize and understand how their thoughts affect the emotions, feelings, and sensations in their body. This ultimately influences their behavior and reactions to a circumstance, an event, or a person.
Feel & Show Empathy for Others:
ESP teaches parents how to form a loving connection to their children’s minds and hearts while teaching them to feel and show empathy for themselves and others. We teach and model the emotional and social experiences that integrate their brain as they grow and develop. These brain patterns may help them approach the world with openness, resilience, empathy, and authenticity.
